EU regulatory compliance for producers outside the EU

Prepare the data your EU buyer asks for in one panel.

Registamp keeps the compliance data of a producer selling to the EU in one place. Each regulation is a separate module. You enter your company details, documents and buyers once and use them in every module.

No sign-up. You browse the panel of a sample company.

  • Scope check: in-scope products and CN codes from Excel, PDF or text
  • Audit trail: which line, which factor, which rule version, next to each result
  • An English summary and a share link for your EU buyer

The definitive period started on 1 January 2026. The first annual declaration, for 2026 imports, is due on 30 September 2027. Regulation (EU) 2023/956 Art. 6(1), Art. 36

  • Heavy metal and PFAS declarations, with laboratory reports as evidence
  • EU declaration of conformity (Annex VIII) and technical documentation (Annex VII), as PDF

PPWR has applied since 12 August 2026. Regulation (EU) 2025/40

How it works

Rules calculate the number, you attach the evidence

01

Deterministic calculation

Emissions, default values and costs are calculated by a rule-based engine. AI only reads documents and suggests codes. A suggestion becomes data only after you approve it.

02

A trail for every number

Every input is linked to evidence: an invoice, a meter reading, a stock count. A verifier can follow the chain back to the source.

03

Versioned rule data

Default values and dates are stored with their source and date. When the law changes, a new version is added and past periods keep their rules.

04

Two languages

The interface is in Turkish and English. Everything that goes to the EU is prepared in English.

Who it is for

Three parties read the same data

Producer

You enter your data once. The summary for your buyer and the file for your verifier come from the same record.

Consultant

You manage the files of several clients from one workspace. You collect and interpret the data.

Verifier

You read from the trail which document each number comes from. Missing evidence shows up in a list.
