The service
Registamp is software that helps companies selling to the EU collect data, run calculations and prepare documents for regulatory compliance. Modules: CBAM and PPWR. Which modules and features are switched on depends on your contract.
What Registamp is not
- It is not an official body and is not affiliated with the European Commission or any public authority.
- It is not a certification body, a verifier or a laboratory. It does not "issue" certificates; it helps you prepare documents from your own records.
- It does not give legal advice. Information on the site and in the panel is general information.
Your responsibilities
- Accuracy of data. The activity data, measurements, component information and evidence you enter are yours and you are responsible for their accuracy. The software calculates and compares what you enter according to the rules; it cannot check whether the data reflects reality.
- Declarations. Under the Regulation, an EU declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. You sign and carry responsibility for the declarations you issue in the panel. The same holds for summaries and files you send to your buyer or verifier.
- Account security. You are responsible for protecting your password and two-step verification device, for actions taken with your account and for the permissions you give your users.
- Lawful use. You may not use the service with data that is not yours, to produce misleading documents or in a way that tests the security of the system.
Rule data and changes in the law
Limits, default values and dates are taken from the official texts and stored with their source. The law can change; we update within a reasonable time but do not guarantee that it is current at every moment. Base important decisions on the official text and, where needed, on a specialist.
Fees
Use of the panel is paid. The plan, term and payment conditions are in your contract or offer. Site content is free.
Intellectual property
Rights in the software, the site and the Registamp brand belong to Vera Bilişim. The data you enter and the documents produced from it belong to you. When the contract ends you can take your data with you.
Availability
We work to provide the service without interruption; there may be downtime for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We keep encrypted backups of your data.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete data you enter, from your not checking a document before using it, or from use contrary to these terms. To the extent the law allows, we cannot be held liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. If your contract says otherwise, the contract prevails.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current text is on this page. We may suspend an account used contrary to the terms. The term and termination of the contract are in your contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction.
