This notice explains how your personal data is processed on registamp.com and in the Registamp panel at app.registamp.com. It is also the information notice required by Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK").

What we process

Legal bases
- Panel account and data entered in the panel: establishing and performing the contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Security and audit records: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(f)) and legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(ç)).
- Email correspondence: pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(c), 5(2)(f)).
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not enter such data in the panel.
Who we share data with
- Hosting providers. The panel and its database are hosted in a data centre in the Netherlands. The marketing site and email are with a separate hosting provider.
- Email delivery service. Notification and password emails sent by the panel go through an email delivery provider.
- AI provider, only if the feature is on. When the document reading and code suggestion aid in the CBAM module is used, the relevant document text is sent to an AI provider outside Türkiye. The feature can be switched off per company. The PPWR module does not use AI.
- What you share. A person who receives a share link you create in the panel sees only the summary or document that link shows.
- Authorities. Where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Transfers abroad
Because panel data is hosted in the European Union, in the Netherlands, your personal data is transferred outside Türkiye. This transfer is carried out under the procedures in Article 9 of KVKK. If the AI aid is on, the relevant text also goes to the provider abroad.
How long we keep it
- Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when the account is closed or your company's contract ends.
- When the contract ends, your company's data is handed over to you and deleted from the system. Copies in backups are deleted when the backup cycle completes.
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and any dispute.
- Records that the law requires to be kept longer are kept for that period.
Retention periods that EU law places on you (for example 5 or 10 years for a declaration of conformity) are your obligation. Your documents stay in the panel while your contract runs and are handed over to you when it ends.
Cookies
registamp.com uses no cookies. The panel uses strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language; your theme choice is stored in your browser. The panel has no measurement or advertising cookies either.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask the controller to:
- Tell you whether your personal data is processed and give you information about it.
- Tell you the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose.
- Tell you the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
- Correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Erase or destroy it under the conditions in the law.
- Notify the third parties to whom it was transferred of the correction, erasure or destruction.
- Hear your objection to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis.
- Compensate damage you suffer from unlawful processing.
Write to bilgi@registamp.com or send your request in writing to the address above. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest. If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you have the corresponding rights under it as well.
If you are a user in one of our customers' panels, the company that opened your account is also a controller of your data; you can address your request to that company too.
Changes
If our processing changes, we update this notice and its date.
